Upon legal completion, a member of the team will be on hand to walk you through your new home and complete a handover checklist, answer any technical questions you may have and provide a complete property handover pack, which includes plans, certificates of installations and structural defect warranty information.

We are confident that most issues you might have when you are buying a New Home from us or once you have moved into your New Home, can be resolved quickly by either speaking to one of our sales staff on the phone or in person.
